Can I design my own floral gift with chosen colours or flowers?
Occasion, colours, style, types of flowers and price are elements to consider when creating your personal gift. You can speak in person to one of our florists who will be happy to discuss your exact requirements. We will be able to advise on seasonal availability of flowers and possible colours.
What will be in my floral design?
Due to the seasonal availability of flowers we may have to substitute stems from those shown on the website. If this is necessary our skilled florists will substitute with flowers similar in style colour and value. Where a design includes a sundry item such a container it may not always be possible to include the exact item. Where we have to substitute we will use a suitable alternative.
What are finishing touches?
Depending on what you have ordered and the occasion you will have the option to add an extra gift to your order – balloons, teddies, cupcakes, chocolates and soaps. Carefully packaged and gift-wrapped, they will be delivered with your flower order.
Can I order by phone?
Of course! If you would like to discuss your order personally or are not sure what you might want or need advice just pick up the phone. We are open 9.00am-5.00pm Monday – Saturday. Please ring 01303 252626.

Orders received after 3pm will be delivered the next working day.
How will my flowers be delivered?
Your order will be personally delivered by us within the Folkestone UK area in our sign-written van or if it outside our delivery area it will be delivered by the nearest Interflora member. If no-one is at home when we attempt delivery, your gift will either be left with a neighbour or in a safe place at the recipient’s address. Otherwise your gift will be returned to the shop.
